I love the back brace for hot cold therapy the torn muscle in my back. When that muscle was hurting I could find a comfortable position to be in. Standing, sitting and laying down all hurt. And to think about sports was out of the question. Once I got my Old Bones Back Brace I finally got relief. Going back and forth hot to cold I could finally sleep. The brace is secure and I don't have to figit with the hot cold packs to keep them in place. It's great to be able to move around while wearing the packs too. The brace looks and feels strong . Yeah this system has really helped me get back to ⚡️RULING⚡️‼️

After a long day of nearly any of the activities I do, this brace is clutch for icing or heating my lower back when it's unhappy. This company keeps me alive on all levels lol

After receiving my brace,I was pleased with the size,structure and fit
Now that I'm using it, I'm able to get up and down more easily, less pain and discomfort. I am very pleased with the results.although I'm 60 and don't skate as much,I'm having those urges to get back out there,so I've loaded my flowboard,free style and long board back into the car.although the wife isn't happy about it,I am.Its a quality of life and a way of life for me.Thank you all at Bones Therapy!!!

I ride and race hard enduro (dirtbikes) and after a lifetime of skateboarding, surfing and motocross abuse, my lower back is thrashed! ive tried several other back braces and only now, using the Old Bones back brace have i found something that actually works!
the hot/cold packs are perfect for post race/workout relief! infact, ive stopped using pain killers (advil) and now i just ice my sore back with the Old Bones back support!
its amazing and i highly recommend all their products for relief and support even if you don race motorcycles!

Great product to have if your active and work hard. It’s helping me recover, stretch and regain mobility. Well worth it.

This brace quickly combines ice and compression So I can strap it to my back after skating while going about my life. The ice packs are easily interchangeable and if needed I can use without ice and tighten the adjustable straps to use a brace for additional posture support. These products are fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would! Skated my whole life broken and torn a lot of things. These knee sleeves are a game changer for my torn pcl. The cream actually works! What!?! I didn’t see that coming. Play competitive paintball and the knee sleeves are perfect, feel much safer sliding with some support. Thanks old bones! I’m be back for more for sure!

I got my back back! The Old Bones Back Brace is perfect when I am digging at the trails. Now I can test them out with out being in pain after I did all day long.

I just got it last month 4/'26, it does relieve me noticably that along with weekly pool floating and always that hot shower on me bones matey! I'm sure its a 5 rating, but I've been know to make mistakes.

Definitely feel like the sizing was a little on the large size. I returned a previous XXL so definitely measure yourselves TIGHT AND SUCK IT IN!!!

The brace itself is solid support! I broke my back 3 months ago and I'm just now returning to work as an electrician. Everything I do is physical, mostly lifting and moving things. Every receptacle is built at the worst height for your back. Why the hell we don't move all of them up to 4 ft I don't know other than aesthetics. Either way bending over is the most fearsome task I have right now and this brace helps support 80% of that task. The other 20% of what it does is remind me that I have a limitation. This thing is not an immobilizer and cannot possibly restrain me when I want to get really stupid. It does however snugly hold on to me and remind me of why it's there, and that helps keep me in check.

Why I'm really looking forward to having my back... Back again? My Christmas present to myself was a pair of off-road inlines! I learned you need cross country poles to really roll with them on flat ground and just got everything together the day before I exploded my back. After using this brace for all the mobility support I need for work, I have no doubt this is going to keep me going forward and able to push myself, but maybe just a little less now that I'm 44.

I've only been wearing this for the last 3 weeks, so I have no idea on the durability this product. Everything is the quality I would expect from medical equipment. Everything wears very flat and fits tight against the body. Easy to wear underneath her shirt if you're trying to conceal your damage.

This is as real a review as I can give. The cheaper stuff is definitely not worth the time or effort. The more expensive is medical equipment that is more bulky than we can afford in our day-to-day lives. This 100% fills that gap for my back, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the knee braces work when I pick them up next month.

I no longer bend at the waist, so I have to use my hips, thighs, and knees and squat to get closer to the ground. Guess which one of those is going first?

I have been wearing your back brace for a couple of years now. I bought this one for my wife. She has a craft business and we are lifting crates every weekend. This past weekend was the first time she wore it and she is very satisfied. Great product. We also have your knee braces and insoles.

This back brace is absolutely amazing, and I am so fortunate to be able to get it on sale. I did end up ordering four of the ice and heat packs.

This was exactly what the doctor ordered! The back brace offers support where you need it and the ice/heat therapy is a bonus. The packs are sturdy and stay cold/warm long enough to do the job.

Absolutely the best investment I’ve made! If you struggle with lumbar pain, the ice pack feature is essential. These are the coldest, longest-lasting packs I’ve ever owned.

I ordered this back brace for my partner because they were recently diagnosed with the herniated disc and have been dealing with a lot of pain. We love being active; traveling, new adventures, or going dancing wherever we go. I ordered the brace for our upcoming travel plans because I knew we would be on our feet for long hours but I was really worried about shipping times.
I received from fantastic support and help from customer service ensuring it arrived before we traveled and was able to surprise my partner with a gift. My partner loved it and it has really helped them during the trip and since we returned home.
Ironically (and probably not advised), I have some issues with my hip from various sports and injuries growing up along with stress from dancing now. I found that wearing this brace way lower on my body, at the top portion of my hips, during the beginning or the end of a long day of walking was life-saving in terms of reducing inflammation and preventing continued misalignment. I love old bones therapy.
