"I work in Law enforcement and I'm on my feet all day, the combination of the compression socks and insoles help me so much my feet aren't aching after a 12 hour shift"
"Soft material, comfortable, and doesn't roll down! I wore them from 7am to 11pm, walking all around Disneyland with no leg discomfort."
Insoles and Socks for Hard-Working Feet
Your feet take every step, landing and hour on concrete first. We make two kinds of foot support: insoles that go inside your shoes and socks that go over your feet.
The Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles set a molded arch and heel cup under a PU memory foam footbed, built for skating and hard landings. The All Day Foot Insoles pair orthopedic-grade arch support with EVA cushioning for standing and walking shifts, and the 2-pack gets you both. Our compression socks use 15-20 mmHg graduated compression, while the Red Stripes crew socks are a cotton blend with no compression.
To match an insole to your arch, see arch support insoles or athletic insoles. For a softer footbed, see memory foam insoles, and for soreness under the forefoot, insoles for ball of foot pain. For every sock style, browse socks.
FAQs
Insoles or compression socks — which should I get?
They solve different problems. Insoles provide arch support and cushioning inside your shoes — ideal for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and standing all day. Compression socks provide graduated pressure from ankle to calf — made for circulation support and tired legs on long days. Many customers use both.
Will the insoles fit my shoes?
Both styles fit work boots, skate shoes, sneakers and most shoes with a removable insole. Take the factory insole out first, order by shoe size, and trim to fit if you're between sizes.
Are the crew socks compression socks?
No. The Red Stripes Crew Socks are an everyday cotton-blend sock with a cushioned footbed and no compression. If you want compression, pick any of our compression socks, which all use 15-20 mmHg graduated compression.
