FAQs
What's the difference between All Day Insoles and Shock Absorbing Insoles?
All Day Insoles are designed for extended standing and walking with firm orthotic arch support — ideal for work, daily wear, and plantar fasciitis relief. Shock Absorbing Insoles add extra cushioning for high-impact activities like running, hiking, and sports where your feet take more impact.
Will these fit in my shoes?
Our insoles are designed to fit most standard shoe types including sneakers, work boots, and casual shoes. They come in standard sizes — trim along the guidelines on the bottom if you need a custom fit. Remove your existing insoles before inserting ours.
How long do the insoles last?
With daily use, our insoles maintain their support for 6-12 months depending on activity level. Replace them when the arch support feels flattened or the cushioning is compressed.
Can insoles help with knee pain?
Yes. Proper foot alignment directly affects your knees, hips, and back. Many customers report reduced knee pain after switching to orthotic insoles because they correct biomechanical imbalances that travel up the kinetic chain.
Are insoles HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes. All Old Bones Therapy insoles are HSA/FSA eligible through TrueMed.
