I discovered Old Bones Therapy pain cream while at my local skatepark, when we were done skating, one of the guys was putting some on his knees and lower back.
I asked him what that was and how well it worked, he said, "here see for yourself" I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked, and really helped with my pain and swelling!
The real trick is to apply it and then put the back brace on with the heat pack! that is the best!

Not sure whether to use arnica or menthol to relieve your sore muscles and joints? This pain cream has both and more. Glob it on and start feeling better immediately
