As a musician the last thing I wanna do as an entertainer is sit down. I performed last night without a stool for the first time in a LONG time… I had a tiny bit of discomfort first thing this morning, which is WAY better than I was expecting. Other than that I couldn’t ask for more!! The little bit of discomfort could easily be because I’m still breaking them in. I’m excited to see how they perform in the long run.

While I still have issues with my feet hurting after work using these. My feet do not hurt near as bad. I do wish they had a little more support for the heel of the foot. Pricing wise I got the three pack so that wasn't too bad compared to buying some of the other brands at retail stores. These do perform tons better than Dr. Scholl's and some of the other inserts available.

A bit longer than my sneakers but the extra 2 cm curve upward towards the inner top area of my sneaker. Along with my physical therapy, the insoles compliment the healing process in my patellar ligament and the tendon in my foot. I also purchased the knee sleeve. Crazy tendinitis, healing micro tears after all the aggressive park roller-skating. I highly recommend this product! It works. Also, the design is frigging dope!
After being hit by a car while bicycling the Lower 48 States which really hurt. I tried generic compression sleeves that just didnt help the way I needed or give me the protection I wanted. My buddy told me about Old Bones and Im so glad! I now where these not just when Im riding I use them daily for life. I use the knee sleeves for both knees. I also have the hinged sleeve for one knee when I know its going to be a busy day. Recently I started using the shin sleeve to test as a pad for toptube bicycle surfing. ITS BEEN A GAME CHANGER! My recent purchase was for the insoles and that gave my feet new life and they have much more protection then my original soles. At this point I know whatever I get from Old Bones Therapy will be what I need to keep pushing my limits!
I'm a mailman and walk roughly 20k steps a day, these insoles are a game changer only worn them for two days and my feet are already thanking me, i also wear the knee braces from old bones and i recommend those also.
Took me a few weeks to break them in properly...feet don't hurt,back doesn't hurt...definitely going to try some other products.

Ok guys over 35 who r still skating! First, great that you are back out there! Second, OBT insoles are the shit! All there products kick ass but the insoles work! I’m 45 years old and still skating! I’ve been skating for along time and seen products come and go. OBT products and their insoles work. You won’t be disappointed.

I had another pair of orthotics thanks to high arches and a gnarly heel spur that has started giving me issues. The others were great, BUT, they did not go the full length of the foot, and I could feel that, after a while. With these fitting the full length and being adjustable, I don't feel the end of the insole digging into me. Even better, they keep my ankles from wobbling, even in sneakers. Definitely getting another pair!!!!
I was using work boot insoles in my mountain bike shoes before I got these. They’re just as shock absorbing, if not better, at less than half the thickness. More foot space is so worth it!

Used them in a pair of el-cheapo light up sole shoes. They are absolutely amazing. I plan to go hunt down some good old school waffle sole vans next! I plan to get more of these insoles soon!!!!
