Works as stated, but for about 25 Minutes. Instant cold relief after I do any heavy work with my shoulder. It doesn't however last as long as I'd want it. I tried to get the VA to order this for me so I did not have any cost out of pocket, but they do not open purchase like the Navy did back in the day. The VA sent me another product (I won't mention the company) that was more like an off the shelf mini Ice chest with components that were supposed to ice my shoulder. It was mainly for Knee Replacement Therapy and there were no instructions on how to use it for shoulders. Plus, it was not portable! With this sleeve I am able to move about the house or whatnot without a cord! Good product and recommend for temporary relief of shoulder issues!
I recently had a total reconstructive shoulder surgery and I'm doing PT and I put this sleeve on after I get home and it sure helps with the swelling and stretching in PT, And now with multiple days with out any pain medication my shoulder is feeling much better.

Over all it’s really good, but it’s a little small, instead of one size fits all you should have a large and small, I’m 6’ - 210lbs and it barely covers my bicep and shoulder area. It works! But if it was even just a little bigger it would be perfect!
when yoU chose ice over medication , having stock for options in ice, is a must. 20 minutes ice and then 20 minutes of heat is ‘the ticket’ for rapid recovery. 20 on, 20 off requires more than 2 options of non-dripping ice in the arsenal.
these obt sleeves are more customized than any options i have had in my freezers.
the packaging is cool and was delivered in a timely fashion, undamaged.
the material that makes up these specific sleeves/wraps is flexible and comfortable. they can go directly on your skin. getting 20 minutes of numbing temperature cannot be achieved when having a layer of clothing in between the sleeve and skin. these obt sleeves put ice closer to our injuries or nagging ailments.

The shoulder sleeve works great. Due to its design, it covers the area better than an ice pack would and better provides the cooling needed for my aching shoulder.

I love this thing, but I wish the plastic loops stayed in place better. They tend to twist around on me. Other than that, it has been perfect for alleviating my shoulder pain.
Fit is awesome, very comfortable to wear and had a lot of good pain relief with it.
This works so well and fits nicely around my affected left shoulder from my replacement surgery I had in 1/16/2025. It really is great. I don’t skate like I used to but definitely endorse these products!
fit is a bit tight around my bicep but not uncomfortable it freezes my shoulder which is want i needed this is the best ice sleeve ive bought
