"I work at USPS and I stand/walk all day for work, sometimes for 12+ hours per day. These insoles are such a great improvement over the ones that came with my shoes; they are lightweight but they can take a lot of pressure and impact all day long, and still feel soft the next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"I could instantly feel how well made and comfortable these insoles are. I wear them for work where I’m on my feet for 10-12hrs a day. They provide a superior level of comfort and support compared to the many past brands of insoles I’ve tried. Highly recommend"

"I work in a member only retail warehouse, on my feet 8 hrs a day. I've tried many different insoles and they never felt good. I took a chance on buys these and from day 1 they are now my go to insoles. I move them between all my shoes now. Definitely will be buying more on the near future"

Insoles for Standing All Day on Hard Floors

Standing still is its own kind of work. Walking moves the load around as your foot rolls through each step, but standing at a register, a workbench or a nurses' station parks your weight on the same spots for hours. On concrete or tile, the thin liner in most work shoes gives up long before the shift does.

The All Day Foot Insoles are the pair for this: a contoured, orthopedic-grade arch that holds its shape, EVA foam cushioning on a PU base, and a breathable top that wicks sweat through a long day. They go in work boots, sneakers and most everyday shoes. If your shift also has you lifting, climbing or moving fast, the Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles bring PU memory foam and a molded heel cup into the mix, and the 2-Pack gets you both.

A couple of habits help too. Rotate between two pairs of work shoes so each one dries out, and swap in fresh insoles once the arch starts to feel flat. For your legs, see our compression socks for standing all day, or browse every style in compression socks. If your heels take the worst of it, see insoles for heel pain.

FAQs

What insoles are best for standing all day?

Look for arch support that keeps its shape over hours, not just soft foam that packs down. Our All Day Foot Insoles are built that way: the contoured arch is orthopedic-grade, the cushioning is EVA foam and the top wicks moisture. They're where we'd start for long shifts. If your day also involves a lot of impact, the 2-Pack adds a Shock Absorbing pair.

Are soft or firm insoles better for standing on concrete?

Soft foam feels great for the first hour, then flattens under a body that isn't moving much. A firmer arch holds up longer, and a layer of cushioning on top takes the edge off a hard floor. Firm support with some cushion on top is a common middle ground, and it's how the All Day Foot Insoles are built.

Will these insoles fit in my work boots?

Yes, as long as the boot has a removable liner. Pull the factory insole out, pick your size from your shoe size (S through 2XL), and trim on the guidelines underneath if the toe end runs long. The same goes for steel-toe boots and slip-resistant shoes, as long as the liner comes out.
