The OG Gel Ice Pack stays flexible when frozen, so it wraps the joint instead of sitting on top of it. Pull it out of the freezer and it goes straight to skin. Non-toxic gel fill inside a durable PVC shell, built to be refrozen and reused for as long as you need it.
It is also the exact size of the pouch built into the Old Bones Back Brace, so it drops right in as a spare or a replacement. Keep an extra in the freezer and you always have a cold one ready while the other thaws.
Works for heat too. Microwave in 15 second intervals until warm, and the same pack handles the other half of recovery.
