"These insoles make me feel like I can walk, run, and skate for a lifetime! The most comfortable and supportive insoles I ever had! Will stick with this brand!!"

"Love the insoles! Really need them after 26 years of running and jumping out of airplanes in the Army."

"I was skeptical but ordered them anyway. I put them in my old Vans and just got back from 12 days straight on my feet including some flight operations at EAA AirVenture. Neither my feet nor my knees ever gave me trouble the whole time. Even better than some runners I wore the year before. I will never be without these insoles again."

Running Insoles for High-Mileage Feet

A run is the same motion thousands of times over. Each stride lands on the heel or midfoot, rolls through the arch and pushes off the forefoot, and on pavement nothing underfoot softens it. Most running shoes put their cushioning in the midsole and ship with a thin, flat liner on top. Swapping that liner changes how the shoe meets your arch without buying a new pair.

Road Miles: Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles

The Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles lay cushioned PU memory foam over the shoe's midsole, with a molded TPU arch support and heel cup that hold your foot steady as it rolls through each stride. They're about 6mm at the heel and 4mm at the forefoot, low enough for most running shoes.

After the Run: All Day Foot Insoles

Your feet don't clock out when the run ends. The All Day Foot Insoles go in the shoes you walk and work in: a contoured, orthopedic-grade arch on a PU base with EVA foam, and a breathable, moisture-wicking top layer. The 2-Pack covers both.

Old Shoes, New Insoles?

A fresh insole replaces a flattened footbed, but it can't bring back a midsole that has broken down over hundreds of miles. If the foam is creased and compressed or the heel tilts when the shoe sits on a table, it's time for new shoes.

FAQs

Should I wear insoles for running?

If your stock liner feels flat, your arches tire on longer runs or you want more cushioning underfoot, an insole is a simple change to try. If your shoes already feel good, there's nothing to fix. Pain that keeps coming back on runs is worth a visit to a healthcare provider or physical therapist rather than another piece of gear.

Can insoles make old running shoes feel new?

Partly. A new insole replaces the worn footbed, so the arch support and top-layer cushioning feel fresh again. It can't restore a midsole that has packed down after hundreds of miles, so if the foam is creased or the heel leans, replace the shoes.

Which is better for running, Shock Absorbing or All Day insoles?

For the run itself, choose the Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles: PU memory foam cushioning plus a molded TPU arch support and heel cup, built for impact. The All Day Foot Insoles are built for standing and walking, so they suit the shoes you wear the rest of the day. The 2-Pack includes one pair of each.

Will insoles fit in my running shoes?

Most running shoes have a removable liner. Pull it out, then order by shoe size (S through 2XL). If you're between sizes, go with the larger size and trim along the guidelines on the bottom for a clean fit.
