"Dealing with foot issues from past injuries led to plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried a ton of insoles but these are far and away the best I’ve tried. Planning on grabbing another pair soon!!!"
"Having foot and knee pain for years, it’s a miracle to have found these products to help support the sports I love. Keep ruling."
"I have very flat feet and have tried many types of insoles for my derby skates but I've often been disappointed. Old Bones insoles did not disappoint though! I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have the pain and aching in my feet while skating and could actually focus on skating!"
Sports Insoles, Matched to How You Play
Every sport loads your feet differently. Running is thousands of identical footstrikes. Basketball and pickleball are jumps, hard stops and side-to-side pushes. Skating is landing on a thin, flat sole, and skiing is hours of pressure inside a stiff shell. The factory liner in most shoes is a flat layer of foam that wasn't built for any of it.
For impact: Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles
If your sport has you jumping, landing or pounding pavement, start with the Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles. A cushioned PU memory foam footbed takes the hit, and a molded TPU arch support and heel cup keep your foot planted in the shoe. They're about 6mm thick at the heel, so they drop into most athletic shoes without sizing up.
For long hours on your feet: All Day Foot Insoles
If your sport means standing more than landing (coaching from the sideline, a full tournament day, walking a course), go with the All Day Foot Insoles. You get an orthopedic-grade contoured arch on a PU base with EVA foam cushioning, under a breathable top layer that wicks moisture.
Play more than one sport? The 2-Pack gives you one pair of each: the impact pair lives in your game shoes, the other in your everyday pair.
Find Your Sport
We've broken it down sport by sport: running insoles, basketball insoles, pickleball insoles, skate insoles, hiking insoles and ski boot insoles. Every pair is trim-to-fit, so you can fine-tune the length for court shoes, runners or boots.
FAQs
What are the best sports insoles?
It depends on what your sport does to your feet. For jumping, landing and running, the Shock Absorbing Foot Insoles pair PU memory foam cushioning with a molded TPU arch support and heel cup. For long hours standing or walking, the All Day Foot Insoles give you a contoured orthopedic-grade arch with EVA foam cushioning. If you do both, the 2-Pack includes one pair of each.
Do sports insoles fit in any athletic shoe?
They work in any shoe with a removable insole, because they replace the factory liner rather than sitting on top of it. The Shock Absorbing pair is about 6mm at the heel and 4mm at the forefoot, thin enough for most athletic shoes without going up a size. Both styles can be trimmed along the guidelines on the bottom for a closer fit.
Can I use the same insoles for more than one sport?
Yes. They lift out and move between shoes easily, as long as each shoe has a removable liner and a similar length. If you're swapping them every session, keeping a dedicated pair in your game shoes and another in your everyday shoes saves the hassle, which is what the 2-Pack is for.
How often should I replace sports insoles?
With daily use, plan on 6 to 12 months depending on how hard you go. Athletes training most days will land closer to 6 months. Replace them when the arch starts to feel flat or the cushioning feels packed down.
